What We're About
Our Mission
We are Tanglewood Estates Mobile Homeowner's Association.
We are unlike any other HOA. It is our goal to make our 55+ community a better place to live. Our HOA is not about controlling how you live by telling you which color to paint your home or how small your dog needs to be. We listen to our members. We host social events and work with you to make our community a better place. We listen to our members.
Our Goals
Our goals are simple. We listen to what our members have to say. We follow up on your suggestions. We will negotiate for better terms each year. We will strive to add activities and events to make life in Tanglewood even better than it is.
Time to Act
The effects of the high cost of living are all around us. Medical costs are rising, our money does not stretch far enough to cover the rising costs of food at the grocery store. As we age, transportation becomes more difficult. Activities as simple as turning on a tv to find some entertainment is not quite as simple as it used to be.
We can help each other! Join us! Come to our monthly owner's meetings. Join one of our committees. Run for a seat on our board. Become our Webmaster. Become involved!
